These Terms supplement Apple’s Standard EULA and apply to Choozik: Debt & Savings.
1. Purpose
Choozik is a personal organization tool for recording debts and savings goals. It does not create legal obligations, transfer money, connect to bank accounts, or verify that an operation actually occurred.
2. No financial advice
Choozik is not a bank, lender, payment service, accountant, lawyer, or financial adviser. Information shown by the app is for personal reference and is not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Independently verify important amounts and deadlines.
3. Free and Premium access
The free version supports one active debt and one active savings goal at a time. Premium supports multiple active debts and savings goals and operations and editing across all active goals. Existing data is not deleted when a subscription ends; additional active goals may become read-only.
The exact feature set is determined by the current app version and the purchase screen shown before payment.
4. Subscriptions and one-time purchase
Premium is available as:
- an auto-renewable monthly subscription;
- an auto-renewable annual subscription;
- a one-time non-consumable Lifetime purchase.
The App Store displays the localized price, currency, period, and terms before confirmation. Payment is charged to the Apple Account. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until auto-renewal is turned off in Apple’s subscription management. Cancellation stops future renewals but access remains available through the already paid period.
Buying Lifetime does not automatically cancel an active auto-renewable subscription. Choozik permits a Lifetime purchase only after StoreKit confirms that auto-renewal for the current subscription is disabled.
Restorable purchases can be restored on devices using the same Apple Account. Apple processes billing and refund decisions under App Store rules.
5. Data and backups
Financial records are stored locally. You are responsible for the accuracy of entries, device security, and available backups. Analytics and service-provider processing are described in the Privacy Policy. These Terms do not constitute consent to analytics or replace any consent required by applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the app or StoreKit, bypass access controls, distribute modified copies, use Choozik for unlawful purposes, or violate another person’s rights. These restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law and Apple’s Standard EULA.
7. Availability and changes
The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” subject to consumer rights that cannot be excluded by law. iOS, App Store, or third-party service changes may temporarily affect features. Features and these Terms may change; material changes will be reflected in the app and by the document date.
8. Responsibility and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for decisions made solely from Choozik records, user-entry errors, loss of a device, or an unavailable backup. This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
9. Ending use
You may stop using Choozik, delete records, and uninstall the app. Subscription management or cancellation is separate and handled by Apple; uninstalling the app does not itself cancel auto-renewal.
